The location of North Face Lodge in Denali National Park enables you to have first hand experience of the park’s wildlife, rhythms, breathtaking scenery and unusual fauna. On your Alaska tour enjoy this unique, activity-based lodge.

Suggested Itinerary:

DAY 1: SUNDAY ARRIVE FAIRBANKS

To begin your USA Alaskan tour, you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. Rest of the day at leisure

Overnight: Pikes Waterfront Hotel Fairbanks

DAY 2: MONDAY FAIRBANKS TO DENALI (D)
A transfer is provided to the train station. Board the Alaska Railroad to Denali in Goldstar Service category. Depart Fairbanks at 8:15am and arrive into Denali at 12:15pm. You will need to purchase lunch on the train on this Alaskan tour.

On arrival you will be met at the station and you will join a (small) coach transfer travelling deep into the National Park. The coach departs at 1:30pm and arrives at the lodge at 8:30pm.
A picnic dinner will be served on this Alaskan tour en route at 4:00pm with a dessert reception on arrival at the lodge.

DAY 3: TUESDAY DENALI NAPTIONAL PARK (BLD)
Enjoy lodge activities to explore the Denali National Park

DAY 4: WEDNESDAY DENALI NATIONAL PARK (BLD)
Enjoy lodge activities to explore the Denali National Park

DAY 5: DENALI NATIONAL PARK (BLD)
Enjoy lodge activities to explore the Denali National Park

DAY 6: DENALI TO TALKEETNA (B)
Next on your Alaskan tour join a return transfer to Denali Park entrance. Depart North Face Lodge at 6:45am and arrive at Denali Park Entrance at 11:15am with a transfer to the airport for your onward flight to Talkeetna.

Visit the “Northern Exposure village” of Talkeetna - famous as the base camp for climbers of the mighty Mount McKinley. This is also one of the best places in Alaska for flightseeing and Glacier landing.

On arrival you will be transferred to the Lodge by shuttle bus.

DAY 7: SATURDAY TALKEETNA TO ANCHORAGE
You will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight to Anchorage at the end of this Alaskan tour.
