Floor to ceiling windows are the striking focus of the main restaurant and the more intimate 16 seat private dining room steals the show-stopping views of the harbour. This room is an enclave of clean-lined and cosy elegance where a celebration feels so much more special.

The hatted talents of the engaging Chef de Cuisine, Steven Krasicki, are equally a prime focus with his eclectic and imaginative menus at this Sydney restaurant. Together with the sommelier, Jeremy Burke, ingenious items such as the “cheese flight” delight regular diners and special occasion bons vivants. Stephanie’s favourite part of the Altitude dining experience is sharing a dégustation meal with matched wines, including a glass of Velvet, a sensationally-spiced mead.

To enhance his à la carte and dégustation menus, Steven has also introduced a seven course Epi-curious Menu. Altitude offers seriously good cuisine and a brilliant location for Sydneysiders wanting to “fly” without going to an airport.
