A wondrously British Afternoon - High Tea at The Ritz Hotel
Recently in London our Advisor Guy spent an indulgent afternoon taking high tea at The Ritz Hotel in its opulent Palm Court. With a ‘no jeans, no trainers policy’, guests are smartly dressed and once inside, the ambiance is relaxed. There was a low buzz of people focusing on having a good time amongst a spectacular array of sandwiches, scones, chocolate brioches, pastries and champagne. For me, it added up to a quintessentially British experience and the most quintessential of British pastimes.
