Concierge Traveller Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT
Please ensure you read and understand fully the following terms and conditions prior to placing a reservation and/or confirming a booking.
1. DEPOSIT & BOOKINGS
In order to place a reservation a non-refundable deposit $250.00 per person is required and payable upon confirmation of holding a confirmed booking
with Concierge Traveller. Receipt of the deposit indicates to Concierge Traveller that the traveller has agreed to their confirmed travel arrangements and has read
and understands to abide by the terms and conditions as follows.
2. AMENDMENTS
Should the reservation be altered after the original booking has been confirmed a fee of AUD$150.00 per amendment will be applied, over and
above any supplier fees, to cover administrative and communication costs. Depending on the nature of the change, seasonal price adjustments, additional
costs or cancellation fees may also be applicable.
3. FINAL PAYMENT
Payment in full is required subject to supplier deadlines and conditions.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations fees for bookings may vary from those stated below. Please check at the time of booking.
If the reservation is cancelled the following per person fee will apply (outside of any supplier cancellation penalties):
Once holding a confirmed Booking - Loss of Deposit or Commitment Fee
Between 60 – 30 Days Of Departure - Up to 50% of total Cost
Within 30 Days of departure - Up to 100% of total Cost
After Departure - No Refund for any unused service(s)
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is highly recommended that all travellers have Comprehensive Travel insurance for the full duration of their travel arrangements. Consult your Advisor for
professional advice on the most relevant travel insurance policy.
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
You are required to be familiar with the appropriate travel documents required for your holiday including passport, visa and health requirements. You are
responsible for all entry, exit, health laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of countries visited or transited. Passport and visa requirements
are the responsibility of the traveller or your Advisor can assist you in obtaining the documentation you require.
Official travel advice issued by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is available by calling 1300 555 135 or visiting their website www.dfat.gov.au. It is recommended you review this information prior to placing your booking and prior to your departure.
7. CONSUMER CLAIMS
In the event that you experience a problem during your holiday it is a requirement that you contact your Advisor immediately in order to assist you rectify the
situation as quickly as possible with the relevant Supplier. If this is not possible and you wish to lodge a complaint please write to Concierge Traveller within 30 days of your return with copies of supporting documentation.
8. HOTEL DESCRIPTIONS, MAPS AND PHOTOGRAPHS
Hotel descriptions are based on information provided by suppliers. Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. Maps and photographs are included for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual locations or services. Hotel room photographs may not be specific to the actual room occupied.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
Concierge Traveller does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation, vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. Concierge Traveller is a coordinator of such services which are provided by independent operators who have their own terms and conditions and are subject to the laws of the country where the
services are provided. All services provided by Concierge Traveller are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by its contractors, services and all services are subject to the laws of that country.
Concierge Traveller excludes all liability for loss or damage that may arise from the action by a third party agent. Concierge Traveller does not accept liability or any claim for compensation for any damage, loss, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience caused by any events, which are outside the control of Concierge Traveller or its Advisors. The Booking Terms & Conditions together with the passenger contract are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
