Explore Hawaiian Islands Tour
An 8 Day/ 7 Night tour that combines the thriving natural scenery of Oahu, Hawaii and Maui, including an authentic luau with cocktails and entertainment.
Sample Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive to Honolulu (2 nights)
Begin your Hawaiian tour with the traditional welcome - a fresh flower lei. You are then transferred to your hotel in Waikiki, where your tour director will contact you.
Hotel: Pacific Beach Hotel (Partial Ocean View)
Day 2: Honolulu sightseeing (B, D)
After a private orientation meeting you visit Pearl Harbor National Historic Landmark and the USS Arizona National Memorial. Next you visit sights such as the State Capitol, King Kamehameha Statue, Iolani Palace and the Punchbowl National Cemetery of the Pacific before returning to the hotel. Dinner is at a local restaurant.
Day 3: Honolulu – Kona (2 nights) (B, L, D)
You fly to Hilo on Hawaii’s Big Island, and are taken to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. After lunch at the Volcano House, you stop at Kilauea Volcano, one of the most active volcanoes on earth. Enjoy the scenic drive as you make your way to the hotel on the stunning Kona Coast.
Hotel: Royal Kona Resort (Partial Ocean View)
Day 4: Kona at leisure (B)
At leisure in Kailua-Kona. Perhaps discover the exotic marine life on an optional snorkelling excursion, board a submarine or simply relax at your hotel.
Day 5: Kona – Maui (3 nights) (B, L)
You fly to Maui where you are taken to the lush Lao Valley State Park to see the unique Lao Needle before visiting the historic whaling town of Lahaina. After lunch, you are transferred to a resort on the spectacular Kaanapali Beach.
Hotel: Royal Lahaina Resort (Terrace View)
Days 6 & 7: Maui at leisure (B, D)
Enjoy two full days in this island paradise. Your tour leader will be happy to assist you planning your time. On one evening you enjoy a true Hawaiian luau, a recreation of the ancient ceremony, including cocktails, a traditional Hawaiian feast and entertainment.
Day 8: Depart Maui (B)
Transfer to Kahului Airport.
