Concierge Touch is our collection of luxury services for premium leisure and VIP clients. Concierge Touch services are limited only by your imagination but below are some suggestions. You may want to arrange these for yourself, or someone special who you know is travelling.

Concierge Events

When it comes to special event tickets we can help secure the best seats around. Be it theatre, opera, a concert or any other performance, just ask us.

Concierge Private Sights

We can arrange privately guided tours or sightseeing at a moments notice through our hotel contacts and local representatives. Allow us to put together suggestions with a guide (or should you wish to be more independent - a driver) to take you around at your own discretion.
Concierge Dining

Allow us to make your dinner reservations in your hotel restaurant upon your arrival or a Michelin star restaurant experience during your stay. With our local connections we can make all your dining bookings for you. We can also advise on excellent options on local bars and clubs. We can advise on all types of dining experiences from afternoon teas, picnics to degustation menus. We can book these for you in advance of your arrival. If requested we can also coordinate menu perusal prior to your reservation. For a special occasion we can offer suggested dinning options for 2 – 2000.

Concierge Active

A game of golf, a day’s skiing, a parachute jump, deep sea fishing or whatever takes your fancy we can coordinate these in-conjunction with your travel. If you wish to organise any activity for someone whilst they are on their holiday, allow us to arrange it on your behalf.

Concierge Shopping

If shopping is the first thing on your list then let us have a shopping concierge available to take you to the best available. Prior to your arrival at your destination we can advise on the best shopping malls and avenues and even arrange personal introductions with local outlets. We will even organise for your shopping to be sent home.

Concierge Spa

Pre-organise and book your spa treatments in advance of arrival. We can secure your preferred allotted time for these treatments in-house and outside of your hotel or resort should you wish. We can also make these appointments on behalf of the guest in residence should you wish to surprise with a gift. With our hotel contacts and local representatives we can make these bookings available at cost. Should you wish to view spa menus before you arrive at your destination we can make these available.
Concierge Welcome

If you prefer your bar based on your personal preference we will make sure that when you arrive your mini bar is stocked full of your requested beverage or if you are a coffee lover we will make sure an espresso machine is at your disposal. We can also personalise your room’s snack-bar and organise your preferred branded bath products or room scents to make you feel more at home.
Concierge Gifts

We can source the right gift for the right occasion to be delivered to the recipient overseas. These can be in the form of hotel amenities (beverages, spa treatments etc.), hotel gift shop orders or outside brand shopping.

Concierge Return

Returning home is usually the most stressful part of the trip. We can make sure that your return doesn’t mean a weeks worth of washing, shopping or house cleaning. We can arrange to have your mail taken care of for those long trips or we could make sure the pets are getting fed in your absence. Allow us to make your return home the next best part of your vacation. Until your next one that is.
